This Legal Notice regulates the use and utilization of the Portal, which is accessed through the Internet address www.tanddem-partner.com/ (hereinafter “Tanddem-partner.com”), which Tanddem & Partner Advisory Firm S.L. with registered office at C/ Don Ramón de la Cruz 38 – 28001 Madrid, Spain and N.I.F. number B72963481, makes available to Internet users. 

The aforementioned website has been designed to publicize the information, activities and services offered by Tanddem-partner.com. 

The use of the Portal attributes the condition of user of the same (hereinafter, the User) and implies acceptance of all conditions included in this Legal Notice, the User must read carefully this Legal Notice in each of the occasions on which it intends to use the Portal, as their conditions of use may be subject to change. 

Access to the Portal is free of charge except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network supplied by the access provider contracted by the users. 

The use use of certain services offered to Users through the Portal may be subject to specific conditions (hereinafter, the “Specific Conditions”) which, depending on the case, replace, complete and/or modify this Legal Notice. Therefore, prior to the use of such services, the User must also carefully read the corresponding Particular Conditions. 

In any case it should be noted that the services provided by Tanddem-partner.com have the price indicated in the corresponding commercial offer and, in any case, are provided through the Portal. 

The duration of this agreement is limited to the use of the Portal, consequently, the contract will end at the moment in which the Users disconnect from the Portal. 

II. Use of the Portal 

The User must make proper use of the Portal in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, being liable for any damages that may be caused as a result of a breach of this obligation. 

In case the User wants to send his/her CV to Tanddem-partner.com through the Portal, he/she must send the completed data collection form, the fields are mandatory for the application to be taken into account in a selection process and the use of the same is subject to the privacy policy. 

Likewise, the information provided by the User through the Portal form must be truthful. Thus, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data provided and undertakes to keep the information provided to Tanddem-partner.com perfectly updated so that it responds, at all times, to the real situation of the User, being solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and the damages caused to Tanddem-partner.com or third parties for the information provided. 

III. Links 

In the event that an Internet user introduces a link from your own website to the Portal, the link will only link to the home page of the Portal, but may not reproduce it in any way, and, in the event that the contents of the Portal are displayed with content outside the same, these foreign content may not mislead, confuse or deceive users about the origin of the contents of the Portal, or involve an act of comparison or unfair imitation or exploitation of the reputation of Tanddem-partner.com. 

No false or inaccurate statement about Tanddem-partner.com, its partners, employees or customers shall be made from the page that introduces the link, nor shall it be indicated on that page that they have the consent of Tanddem-partner.com for the insertion of the link, or that Tanddem-partner.com has any relationship or collaboration with that page.

In this way, users must communicate: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address; specification of the alleged unlawful activity carried out on the Portal; facts or circumstances that reveal the unlawful nature of such activity.

Tanddem-partner.com reserves all rights to trademarks, trade names or other distinctive signs, patents, and intellectual property, with respect to the content and design of this Internet Portal. 

In particular, the contents that appear or may appear on the Portal (text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, software, links, graphic design, source code, etc.) are owned by Tanddem-partner.com or third parties who have expressly authorized Tanddem-partner.com to include them in the Portal. In no case shall it be understood that Tanddem-partner.com grants the User any license or that it waives, transmits, or transfers all or part of its rights to such content, or that it confers any right of transformation, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of the contents. 

Likewise, the brands trademarks, trade names and other distinctive signs displayed on this Portal are the property of their respective owners. The User accepts that access to this Internet Service should not be understood as the tacit concession, by virtue of the doctrine of the acts themselves or by any other mechanism, of any license or right to use any trademark, trade name or any other distinctive sign appearing on this Portal, without the prior written consent of Tanddem-partner.com or their respective owners. 

V. Responsibility 

Tanddem-partner.com is not obliged to verify the truthfulness, accuracy and timeliness of the information provided through its website. Tanddem-partner.com is not responsible for the decisions taken on the basis of the information provided on the Portal, nor for the damages caused to the User as a result of actions whose only basis is the information obtained on the Portal, since the contents of this page are of a general nature and do not constitute the provision of professional services of any kind, so that such information is insufficient for making professional or business decisions by the User. 

The access to the Portal does not imply any obligation on the part of Tanddem-partner.com to control the absence of viruses or any other harmful computer element, corresponding to the User the availability of adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs, so Tanddem-partner.com is not responsible for any damage caused to the computer equipment of Users or third parties during the provision of the Portal service. 

Tanddem-partner.com is not responsible for any damage or harm caused to the User as a result of failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Portal service during the provision of the same or prior or subsequent. 

VI. Legislation 

This Legal Notice is governed in each and every one of its aspects by Spanish law and any dispute arising from it will be resolved by the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid. 

In any case, it would be possible to establish that the litigious questions could be resolved by means of a legal arbitration: 

“For any litigious issues that may arise in relation to the Portal, the parties agree, waiving, where appropriate, the jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to resolve it through Arbitration in Law within the framework of the Madrid Court of Arbitration of the Official Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Madrid, which is entrusted with the administration of arbitration and the appointment of arbitrators in accordance with its Rules and Bylaws”.
